Who we are
Four Bowls is a collective of chefs under the wing of Philip Hughes, based in Dublin, bought together by our love for providing honest, friendly no-fuss hospitality for those wanting a memorable event experience. Having worked all over the globe from Dubai to Bangkok, South America to Spain, South Africa and Australia to France and Finland we are well travelled and able to cater for all culinary needs.

At four bowls we believe the food should pair seamlessly with the theme of your event whilst at the same time being fun, passionate and unique. We design menus for all special occasions not only to feed your guests but to wow them and take them on the journey with you.
Themed event ideas are Carnival, Paddy’s Day, Cinco de Mayo, Bugsy Malone, Hollywood and The Orient.
